• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves.

• Process and fulfil your orders, including passing relevant order details to the kitchen preparing your food and, where applicable, the driver delivering it
• Process payments securely via Stripe
• Communicate with you about your order, including confirmations and support enquiries
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of our platform
• Comply with our legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements

4. Who we share your information with

We share your information only where necessary to provide our service:

• Kitchen partners — to prepare and fulfil your order (name, order details, and delivery address where relevant)
• Delivery drivers — to deliver your order (name, phone number, delivery address, and order details)
• Stripe, our payment processor, to securely process payments
• Service providers who help us operate our platform, such as our hosting provider
• Where required by law, regulators, or to protect our legal rights

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain order and payment records for as long as necessary to comply with our legal and tax obligations (typically at least 6 years for financial records). Other personal data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
