These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cloudzio website and ordering platform, operated by Cloudzio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17308005, registered office: 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
Cloudzio is an online marketplace platform that connects customers with independent kitchen partners, enabling customers to browse menus and place orders for delivery or pickup. Cloudzio facilitates payment processing and, where applicable, delivery coordination, and takes a commission on each order. Cloudzio does not itself prepare, cook, or handle food. Food preparation, quality, and food safety are the sole responsibility of the individual kitchen partner fulfilling your order.
When you place an order, you enter into a contract with the kitchen partner for the supply of food, and with Cloudzio for the facilitation of that order. Prices shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery fee, are the total amount payable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Estimated delivery or preparation times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including kitchen preparation time, traffic, or weather. For delivery orders, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and to be reasonably available to receive your order.
Once an order has been placed and accepted by the kitchen, it generally cannot be cancelled, as food preparation may begin immediately. If you experience an issue with your order — such as missing items, incorrect items, or a quality issue — please contact us at support@cloudzio.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will review each case and, where appropriate, arrange a refund or other resolution with the relevant kitchen partner. This does not affect your other legal rights as a consumer under UK law.
Allergen information provided on kitchen menu pages is supplied by the kitchen partner and, where indicated, may not yet be fully confirmed. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm details with the kitchen. Cloudzio is not liable for allergic reactions arising from inaccurate or incomplete allergen information provided by a kitchen partner, though we will always aim to assist in resolving any such issue.
Kitchen partners listed on Cloudzio are independent businesses, responsible for their own food safety registration, hygiene standards, and compliance with applicable food law. Delivery drivers are independent contractors responsible for holding valid insurance and driving licences as required by law. Cloudzio takes reasonable steps to verify certain information provided by partners but does not guarantee the accuracy of all information they supply.
To the extent permitted by law, Cloudzio's liability in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the value of the relevant order. Cloudzio is not liable for losses arising from the actions of independent kitchen or driver partners, except where required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to use the Cloudzio platform lawfully and respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cloudzio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@cloudzio.co.uk.
